Dental Press Store works to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchases with us. However, if you need to exchange or return any product, below you will find everything you need to know about our Exchange and Return Policy.


Our Customer Service is available to help and guide you in cases of exchanges and returns of purchases. We take every care in handling and delivering our products, but some incidents may occur during transportation to their final destination.

You have a period of 7 (seven) calendar days, counted from the date of receipt of the product, to withdraw from the purchase made at Dental Press Store, without having to provide any justification. If the deadline for exercising the right of withdrawal expires on a non-business day, it will automatically be extended to the next business day. Dental Press Store will only accept the return of products due to the exercise of the right of withdrawal if they are returned: (i) without apparent signs of use; (ii) with their original packaging, manuals, and complete accessories; (iii) accompanied by the respective invoice. In the case of books, journals, posters, as well as any other product that allows reproduction or copying in any type of media, it is an essential condition for the exercise of the right of withdrawal that the product be returned in its original unopened packaging. Products returned that do not meet the above conditions will be returned by Dental Press Store to the consumer at the same delivery address, with the consumer bearing the respective shipping cost.

The manifestation of withdrawal, respecting the deadline of 7 (seven) consecutive days mentioned above, must adopt one of the following alternative means: through our SAC at (44) 3033-9818. If the consumer does not communicate the withdrawal to Dental Press Store within the aforementioned period of 7 (seven) consecutive days, the withdrawal will be refused by Dental Press Store and the product will be returned to the consumer at the same delivery address.

Refund of the paid amount

If the withdrawal meets the necessary requirements, as specified in the conditions above, Dental Press Store will provide a refund. The following conditions will be observed for refunding to the consumer of the price and shipping paid. In the case of payment made by bank slip or electronic transfer, the refund of the amount will be exclusively made by deposit in a checking account in the consumer’s name, within a minimum period of 5 (five) business days and maximum of 10 (ten).
